• What type of physical therapy treatment do you utilize?

Think of us as your biomechanical experts. We will evaluate your condition, and explain it to you in simple, easy to understand terms.  We use "hands on" techniques such as soft tissue mobilization, similar to massage, and joint mobilization.  This is used in conjunction with exercise and education.

 

• What types of injuries do you treat?

We treat virtually any musculoskeletal injury, which encompasses anything related to your muscles and bones.

 

• What should I wear?

Wear casual, comfortable clothing. Dress as if you are going for a walk or to workout.
